Avocado Toast with Egg
Here’s what you need:
- 2 eggs
- 1 piece precooked bacon
- 1 English Muffin
Let’s put it together:
- First, crack the eggs into the bottom of the Ceramic Egg Cooker (get it here) and whisk. Add the bacon to the deep insert and microwave for 1 minute.
- Next, add the bread to the shallow insert and microwave for 30 more seconds.
- Remove from microwave, assemble, and top with avocado slices.
