Do you have challenges with food?
I sure do!
I find that since I decided to get back to a healthy eating plan, I am sorely tempted with foods that I should not eat!
But how do I avoid those temptations?!?
First, I keep healthy snacks on hand in my pantry…
One person I know keeps healthy snacks in her workplace, purse and even her car!
I also keep ingredients on hand for quick and easy meals…
And although it is a struggle for me to plan a weeks meals ahead, I do try to plan for at least a few days in advance. I find this helps me to know what I will be eating for the next day or two. Plus it gives me options when temptation comes knocking at my door!
